The short version -and also the simple version during these times .

I typically walk,bike,hike daily -I usually spend the daytime outside .
I usually do some additional exercise- either yoga or simple weights at home .
I also enjoy kundalini and yin yoga .
I enjoy simple daily activity.
I don’t need to constantly be doing something though to have a good time .
Stillness and quiet are important to me too.

I like having time to myself and also shared time with a partner .

I enjoy taking road trips -especially to Hotsprings destinations and hanging out in nature in general !

Spirituality is very important to me -which at this point means living the authentic naturalness that flows as life itself .

I would like to meet someone that has a similar knowing of the inner connectedness of everything everywhere all the time ..Someone that is comfortable being themselves and enjoys conversation and also is comfortable being in stillness and silence together. I would like to meet someone that is energetically tuned in and listens that way as much as through their ears. Someone that takes responsibility for their life and how they show up in it. someone that chooses harmony and balance and peace .
