My heart transitioning into the desire to live more authentically in my feminine nature, dancing, singing, cooking and nurturing the home. I enjoy the coaching and retreats I currently do with my clients and will continue, I simply desire to have the opportunity to relax into creation, write a poem book etc versus feeling the pressure to provide.

I’m one in a million and I’m not perfect. I do however hold myself accountable to shifting any patterns or ways of being that can improve. I love to have fun, dance, be in nature, learn new things and have different experiences. My favorite thing is to find the best spots for sunrise when I travel. I also love chocolate chip cookies and cuddling. My family is sacred for me, im currently really present with my dad in naturally detoxing his brain/body due to Alzheimer’s symptoms and we’ve made incredible strides in improvement!
