As I grow out of the box that has hitherto contained the outer limits of my personal expression, through yoga, embodiment, and having time and space only for myself, I find myself seeking out warm authentic people with a growth mindset.

After traveling through life for a while we all have traumas and losses and we don’t grow in another direction we are just waiting to die. Yoga people and spiritual people get that in a way I don’t see many others do. And we know how to do something about it

So I am here to find more of my people.
