Finding the Right Psychic Website
It has been a pretty amazing couple
of weeks for my psyche. I tell my clients that psychotherapy is
cumulative. That one works on stuff and works on stuff and then there
is a growth spurt psychologically and emotionally, then a plateau,
then more work, etc. I think that life can be like that too. I have
experienced a psychic spurt my own self. Yeah!
One of the things I have been wanting to post
since the last journal entry is on the topic
of finding the right psychic website. This is similar to a concept I
use with clients which I call feeling replacement therapy. The
goal of therapy and life is recognizing when I am plugged into a
crummy emotional state and finding another better one and clicking on
it-similar to clicking on a different website.
This, like psychotherapy, is a simple concept
but not by any means easy. (The other side of this topic is that it
is, in fact, essential at times not to click off a bad feeling place
but to stand in the center of it and more. Wisdom is knowing when to
hold them and when to fold them on these feeling states.)
The last two weeks I have had the privilege of
attending several spiritual events as well as getting back to my own
psychotherapy after a little break. As the previous post mentioned, I
was having difficulty in knowing how to think/feel about the
goals/dreams I have for Conscious Singles.
Some of the difficultly boiled down to a not
knowing and some of the difficulty boiled down to a not
trusting. I was having a hell of a time trusting that if I let go
of the specifics of my plans and detached that good things were going
to happen. This is similar to the essential struggle that is inherent
in our time here on earth, methinks.
That we have an ego that believes and feels that
we live on a psychic website that is unsafe, unloving and where we are
alone. There is much more to say about the negative default settings
this ego part of me can go to but there are two important points I
want to make here about the ego.
One is, despite what some have said, the ego is
essential to our nature and not something we can just destroy as
bad. The goal is to make friends with and come to terms this body
bound part of us. It is incumbent upon us to make good music with the
symphony of our internal selves. The second point is this ego and Self
are capable of making glorious music together and in fact if one were
missing there could be no music.
My little and wonderful ego and child self got
some splendid spiritual and psychological help these last two weeks.
Specifically, I went to a great Dance of Universal Peace, a Sheffa
Gold Jewish Chanting workshop, a meditation class with Moadeen Clark
(who is the Spiritual Director for the Fellowship of Light). And most
significantly, Whitney, Kris and Cliff at a Conscious Singles staff
meeting told me to lighten up and have more fun.
All of this helped me practice what Azima Noor,
the intuitive I consult, suggested. She was lovingly prodding me to
not focus on the financial stresses or the even finances as a goal.
The right affirmational aim has to do
with visualizing members of Consious Singles being enriched by
connecting with others and by being enriched by the content that is on
the site. The right affirmational aim is my connecting with
Conscious Singles with a lighter heart.
The psychic website for this lighter heart space
has not been one of the favorite bookmarks that I can easily click on.
But I now know more about the tools for clicking onto it visually,
vocally, and emotionally. And I am grateful for knowing more. In fact,
gratitude is a wonderful psychic website to click on.
The bottom line here is Conscious Singles has
been a great opportunity for me to be in life in better ways
personally and spiritually. To be more of a mensch. In The Empty
Chair which is a book of quotes of the 18th century Rebbe Nachman,
a mensch is someone who has integrated the diverse elements of his
or her whole being, both physical and spiritual. Someone who has
overcome the inner emptiness that we sometimes feel.
I am now seeing the Conscious Singles as a
vehicle for increasing menschness for all of us. Please let me
know how I can support you in this.
