Please get centered. Jacob suggests you use that use the methods that work for you to access your highest and deepest self. If you don't have an established path to your center you might try this:

See yourself in light. Feel radiant. Feel yourself immersed in light.
Now see the person (or name of the person) who needs healing and send them light. Take a few moments now and become aware of the inhalation and exhalation of your breath. Aligning with divine spirit-send all the love you can possibly send from your heart. Send all the joy you can possibly send from your heart. Send all the peace you can possibly send from your heart. And think the words, Ya Shaffee--Ya Khaffee (God is the healer and God is the remedy).

 

Many healers have found this prayer helpful as they end their prayer and meditation.

Beloved God
Through the rays of the sun,
